Key West Adventure

We were able to catch up on a lot of family history and get some facts straight. This was a real treat for me. I consider family to be very important, and that we should all be loving and close and considerate of one another (the more diverse the better!). Sandy will be moving back to New Mexico soon, after sqeezing the maximum out of the Keys.
She told us the story of how her share of the booty from the discovery of a Spanish Galleon off the coast of the keys some years ago (I believe National Geographic Magazine did a story on this) was a large emerald. She sold it and bought her house, as well as a boat which she used for ten years to tour people up and down the Keys. Ship's Captain Sandy!
She has also been working for many years doing Spanish poetry translations. (You can Google her for more information on that.) One amazing lady!
