Yummy East Indian dinner last night!

Due to a house swap event between our friends, Dick and Sharon Maehl-Wallace, and a couple from Victoria, Canada, we made some great new friends. This couple, Swaresh and Lois Narine, are staying for a couple of weeks in the house here in town. They invited Julie and I to come over for dinner, which we really enjoyed. Swaresh, who was raised in Guyana, but who moved to Canada as a teenager, is of East Indian decent. His brother, Ray, and sister-in-law, Marie, were also here for a visit. We enjoyed conversation by candle light while sitting out on the open-air deck. Here a shot of us all when we were ready to leave. (Lois is on the left and Swaresh on the Right):
