Saved from dying of gastric boredom!

And all this time I never knew that our very own cleaning lady and neighbor, Adelia, is a master at the old-style tortilla making! She prepares the corn, pats it into almost perfectly round and same-sized tortillas and fries them up (no oils, grease or butter, which would violate the rules of this diet) to perfection!
